Am I too much out of line? Am I too much out of line?

7 handed home game. 0.25/0.50.

Villain is super aggressive. I have been in many pots with him. And he has tried to push people around post flop.

OTTH

Villain stack is ~$65. We cover.

UTG opens for $1.75
UTG+1 (LJ) calls.
HJ calls.
CO calls.
V on the button calls.
SB folds.
Hero on the BTN 3! With JcJd to $11.5 (a bit more than pot size, don’t want to play oop)
UTG folds.
LJ short stack goes all in for $12.5
HJ folds.
V calls.
Hero calls.

Flop ($42.75) 6cQh9c.

I bet $15. I want him in the pot with all his junk.

V snap min raises to $30 leaving like $23 behind.
I call.

I have to call another 15 to win (implied odds) ~148 and I have 2 outs (the remaining Js) to the effective nuts. It took me a while to calculate the odds to call. It was close between folds and call. I would have folded if he didn’t min raised. Actually, the min raise made it at the same time harder and easier to call if it makes sense. But I have seen him min raise pot sized bets all the time and steal pots. Is he min raising because he has a good made hand? Or is he doing it on autopilot? I would have taken his line with 66 or AQ or maybe KQs. But it’s just a few hands that have me crushed.

Edit: somewhere while I was thinking, he says “you will see my cards even if you fold now” That was to me a tell that he was weak.

Was my preflop action out of line? How about betting Q high board? Or calling the extra 15?

How do you have 2 outs to the nuts?

The remaining Js for effective nuts. I updated the post. Thanks.

Go all in on flop. Standard against aggressive opponent with an overpair. How can you possibly consider folding given your read?

We don’t have an overpair, but yeah shove flop given villain description. Be honest with yourself about villain tendencies though. Super aggressive is a good starting point, but try to see what types of hands he shows down when he raises c-bets.

Lol. I must have read the OP way too fast. Thought he had KK.

That definitely changes things but the decision has to be made on the flop. Calling and thinking about 2 outs makes no sense. Against an overly aggressive post flop bully on a draw heavy flop in a 3 bet pot where you’re only ~130BB deep I’m still comfortably AI here.
