AKs 5 bet or fold? AKs 5 bet or fold?

Local 1-2 game. Been playing about for 1-2 hours and have won a few pots here and here. bought in for 300$ and have about 380$ currently.

V1 is a loose fish who has seemed to have ran up a decent stack. Not played too many hands with him but from what I have seen he is loose passive station who loves to get into pots and has show some pretty bad holdings. Has over 1k$ stack and has everyone covered.

V2 is a decent tight reg, patient and plays solid ABC. Has 140$ stack.

V1 is in MP1 and open raises for 15$. I have noticed his bet sizes do vary somewhat preflop. With so little time with this person I have no really decoded what his bet sizes mean but he has been seen ranging from 8-20$ pre flop. Assumption is he has at least a decent hand.

Hero is to V1's direct left and picked up AKh. I 3-bet to 45$.

V2 is on my direct left and pauses and I start to put him on a good hand likely to shove or fold, not call. He shoves his 140$ stack. Folds back to V1 who thinks for a but and flat calls the All-in. Its back on me. Im putting V2 on a good hand, very unlikely this is a bluff cold 4-bet. Ranging him on something like (QQ+/AK.) AKs has decent equity against that range and being so shallow I was happy to stack off with him. The wrench in he spoke is V1s flat call. I expected a fold from him but his flat call seems very face up, middling pocket pair or big broadway, possibly AK as well. Seems unlikely his flatting KK+

I'm never flatting this spot, either folding for 5bet shove. I cannot decide. I feel like fold is a decent option but i really feel like I have V1 crushed in this spot. I'm viewing a 5bet shove here as a sort of semi bluff, to get V1 to fold his middling pairs I'm flipping with and possibly call with worse.

What does hero do?

Have you been 3-betting the fish a lot? A cold 4-bet from an ABC player is usually very strong. Assuming your range on V2 is correct, I'm shoving. But I'm not doing it to try to get V1 to fold. I'm doing it to get a nice side-pot going. His range seems something like 88-JJ, AJs+, AQo+. If he folds some of that, great, but I don't count on it much. There's basically nothing in his range that we're not at least flipping against though, unless he got really tricky.

I get it all in thinking we are flipping or ahead of v1, probably flipping with v2

Hand result
Spoiler:
as played I went ahead and shoved. V1 tanks for a minute and calls with J9o. Flop has a 9 and I lose my stack! V2 had JJ. I was actually a slight favorite vs V2 with one of his Jack's gone and V1 was completely crushed. Needless to say V1 lost his entire stack within a few hours and managed to get all my money back later on.

i think we have get it in, but we are not really happy about it. i probably flat a bit too often with ak at 1-2 or 1-3 when deepstacked to avoid this spot where we have to call off with it.
