Forgive me if the hand is posted wierd, my phone is junk

1/2 nl
I've taken a long 2 year break from poker and at 26 hours this was the hardest spot I found myself in so far.

Villain, 40's bald guy limp calls every other hand as well as straddles alot in position. Saw him limp call a raise and donk bet a low flop with 66 check raised turn and rivered a 6. Only hand I saw him raise he 5x and got it in on flop with Kk.

OTTH

HERO in bb with Ako with 140. 3 limpers, co(villian) raises to 16. Hero thinks for 1 minute and calls. I was super worried here, I really felt like I'm behind his range and almost folded. other limpers call as well (5 players)

Flop 80. KQ7

checks around to villian who bets 50.( pot is 130)

Hero?? ( has 120 behind)

In a nutshell, if you cannot comfortably continue on a given street when you nut your hand, then you need to revisit your action on the prior street to identify the problem.

If you elect to assign Vs preflop raising range to be no wider than JJ+/AK then you can use that information to make a tight, but correct fold preflop. As played you have a very easy check and fold because that preflop range assigned has not changed and it should be easy to recognize why.

How many hands are we talking on Villain that you narrowed his range down to just KK+?

As played, if you called pre-flop, just keep calling let him punt his stack with TT.

I hate this hand.

V button raise and you have AKo out of position. I would have re raised to 65 and AI on the flop.

As you played it, just call it down. But ... that is very weak poker.

When you have a big gun, shoot it.
