Game is 1/2, nine-handed
I had been at the table for about four hours when this hand came up. I was initially playing fairly active but tightened up after I made a weak bluff attempt where I called 9Thh versus an EP raise OOP in a multi-way pot. The PFR raiser c-bet on KQx, only I called with just a gutshot, turn went check-check, I led river and got called by a King.
Two hands I remember villain playing:
1) Didn't see preflop and flop but I did see him overbet huge on the turn ($100 into 40ish) and bet big on river ($300) with 77 on a 6266J board in a HU pot where he was 500BBs deep with his opponent.
2) Saw him flat a turned set with 99 in a limped three way pot on Q7294 IP (on 9d turn, 4d river, bringing the flush)
OTTH
Villain ($700, CO) limps in preflop, folds to me in the BB ($500). I raise to $15 with AKo, only Villain calls.
Flop (31) 4
3
3
I bet 20, Villain calls
Turn (71) A
I bet 50, Villain calls
River (181) K
I bet 100, Villain goes all-in ~615 (I have about 300 remaining), I..?
I would say that Villain is relatively loose preflop; I remember him calling raises preflop a lot or limping in a lot. I didn't get to see his holdings often as he didn't get to showdown very often.
Thoughts?
