Regular 1/2 max 300 home game. I'm a regular as is the V2, though I haven't seen him in a few sessions (I don't go to every one either). No real history but he's known to be a gambler; he plays a wiiiide range pre and is sticky on flops, but usually will show down a strong hand if it gets to that point, even if it's trip 3's with 7h3d or something crazy.

We played a hand about .5 hours earlier where I made it $13 pre with two black queens, V2 called (two to my left) and another call came LP. I led a KsJc2s flop for $35, v2 called. Turn small club, I check, he blasts it for like $93 (he had two tallish stacks in front and he just pushed the one that had some whites in it out when I checked after thinking about it for a few secs), I tank folded.

V1 is a terrible spewtard and everyone is happy to see him when he's there.

Hand:

Stacks are about $350 effective and I cover, though V1 only has like $40ish.

Hero on button with AsKc and straddles for $5 (I have done so last 6 orbits).

V1 (sb) calls, V2 calls, 3 more calls, Hero raises to $35, V1 snap shoves, V2 calls ( we might've each had to throw out $2 to match V1's shove).

Flop Ac 6c 8s

V2 checks, Hero bets $65, V2 calls.

Turn 10d

V2 checks, hero bets $101.

Thoughts appreciated on all action and our plan when villain calls again or raises.

Well played. We flop tptk, play for stack vs this V. I would bet flop larger, maybe 75, then shove turn.

Yeah, I didn't want to bet too big because I wanted villain to continue with midpair or a draw, but that made the turn stacks and bet sizing a little awkward for sure.
