Hero has $265, just off a losing hand. 30 something white guy who has a tight vibe.

Main villain- 20 something semi aggressive kid. Has 3 bet once to 50 off a raise to 10 and two callers. He hasnt shown down any hands but my read/vibe is that is decently aggressive but maybe not necessairily very good.

Hero has AK off UTG and raises to $10-pretty standard for table. Two habititual callers call and villain makes it $25 from small blind-much smaller then his previous 3 bet in a similar spot. I wasn’t sure what to make of it, if he was sweetening the pot or wanted action with his monster. In general in absence of a good read or lots of dead money, I am not a huge believer in the 4 bet AK against big stacks so I call. Other two players come along- both with about $300.

Flop AJ10 I don’t have a spade. Big blind leads $80. The players behind me appear disinterested but never know. Is everyone shoving their remaining $240 in? Hate to be in a shove and pray situation but this might be it.

PF I'm going to 4 bet here on the smaller side and make it 60.
I'd flat once in awhile with AKs especially if there are weaker players in the pot with me.

As played I think shove is fine. You are likely far ahead of bb donk range.

So in this spot would you not be more comfortable playing heads up against the SB? Once we're multi way our top pair gets less valuable and now that you've let so many people in the pot you're probably going to be flipping 3 ways if you shove, whereas if you 4bet isolate with the tippy top of your range you're dominating the SB heads up on this flop. AP probably just going to shove and let variance take it away.
