Well to help us a little maybe break down the play per street so we don't have to figure out the pot size and the position of the opponents. Give us some details of the stack sizes, your perceived image and details of the opponents your playing against and if there is any hand history with them.

As played you have top two pairs and with the stack to pot ratio I can't see how you can really let the hand go. The jam on the turn wasn't the worse action just very unlucky Q2 is even in the hand.

Why do you only have $86? Q2 is a good hand. Poker still not dead.

It was probably UTG that raised.

Welcome to the forum, OP. Please read the stickies on posting format to make your future threads easier to read and include more pertinent information. Also, please don't include results in the future.

Vital information to be able to answer your questions include:
How big was your stack at the start of the hand?
What were the other players like?
How big were their stacks?
What is their likely impression of you?
How much did you bet on the flop?

Generally speaking, you want to re-raise AK when you are in such an early position. Playing out of position sucks, so if you re-raise you'll often be buying position, and will at least be defining the range of anyone after you who calls a raise and a re-raise, making the hand much less of a guessing game post flop.

The way you wrote this, though, I get the feeling that you may have limped first and then called a raise, which is really weak, especially as you seem to have a small stack based on our incomplete information (unless you bet huge on the flop).

Generally, I'm putting very few 2s in the range of anyone playing a 3-way raised pot, and would definitely expect a lot of aces that could be paying us off, so if I got 50-70BBs in to this pot and lost to Q2, I would just note how awful that player is and move on.

Re raise pre would have ore than likely knocked out your opponent with Q2
