F:823; (2 spades)I c-bet 20 here thinking this board doesn't really hit either of us that much and I don't want to give a free card to his range, my A-high should be beating a decent amount of those hands I think. He calls
T:8; He only has 70 left here, pot is around 85; I think this is good card for me bc all the flush and straight draws missed so I want to deny equity to those hands and put pressure on smaller PP's; if he had an 8 I was already behind and he wasn't folding so I think this is one of the better turns to barrel, I bet 50;
Did I get too carried away here with A-high?
You're in a difficult spot on the flop, since you're OOP for a "dynamic" flop [c.f. Janda] where nearly any turn card has the potential to improve the Villain's hand.
Against a stack this short, I probably just push AI on the flop.
