I know an overpair against an underpair is 80/20.

But what about a hand like KK up against AK. Is that 70/30 or 60/40?

What hands/situations make up these percents?

90/10, 80/20, 70/30, 60/40, 50/50?

Ok so since this should probably be posted in beginner questions thread I decided to hop on twodimes.net and crunch some numbers for myself. Here's what I got:

Pair vs 2UnderCards (ex: 99 vs 87sooted): ~90/10

OverP vs UnderP (ex: AA vs KK cooler!): ~80/20

Pair vs 1OverCard (ex: 22 vs A2): ~70/30

OverCards vs UnderCards (ex: AK vs QJ): ~60/40

Pair vs 2OverCards (ex: 55 vs 67): ~50/50

Also, your first stat is wrong. 99 vs 87 suited is closer to 80/20

Oh you're right...

I did 99 vs 9X with X being a lower card but it was hard to come up with 90/10. I think 99 vs 93 came the closest.

Like AA vs AX with X being a lower card is ~90/10.

So PP vs Blocker-with-under (ex: AA vs AK): ~90/10

Each out is about 2%.

KK is set mining with 2 outs.

2% * 5 cards * 2 outs = 20%.

For the overcard it's
2% * 5 cards * 3 outs = 30%.

You don't really have to memorize most of these. It's pretty easy to guesstimate to a number that's close enough.
