Against a player like that, the question would be is there any merit to waiting for a non heart river before getting all in since hes calling with or without a 4th heart....or will he bluff the river (when he doesnt have a heart) and make me fold the winner enough times when a 4th heart falls that waiting for a non heart river is wrong?
Doesn't it make you sick you were going to give this clown $40 5/6 times for playing AJxh this way?

Spoiler:
It should

So you just disregard the 3 hearts on the board and play as if you have the nuts?
Im leaning more and more towards that direction which was the point of the HH in the first place, but its still not easy shoving into those hearts when you dont even have 1 (which is why a check/fold on the flop is an good option)

Yes I would've given him $40 5/6 times but I got $310 (plus the $50 already in the pot on the flop) from him on the 6th time.

No I don't ignore them. I just stay aware of what they do to my opponents range.

Example: let's pretend we're up against a nit who opened utg. His range is KK+. The flop comes out 267hhh. We have a set. How does the monotone flop affect things? He has zero flushes in his range. The only thing the monotone board does is give him a possible FD and probably some anxiety.

Now if you're up against a really loose player who had a ton of suited junk in his range then you have to add more weight to the flush possibility. It's a matter of assigning weight to ranges. Sure they could have flushes but they vary in frequency. Plus it's a lot more likely that they only have one heart than two.
