Adjustments needed for a SL game?

Hi everyone,
This might not be the right sub forum but I've always respected the opinions here and hope that I can get some help.
In short, I'm a winning 2/5 - 5/10NL player over the past 7 years but in the city that I live, the casino has recently began spreading a 2/5 Spread Limit Cap game and I'm just wondering about what adjustments that I need to make for this game. It's been crazy juicy for the first 2 weeks that it's been open, but I just want to fully take advantage of this game and not miss value.
Note: There are no NL games spread at this casino, only limit, Omaha, and
spread limit.
About the game: 2/5 Spread Limit with a cap on each street of $100.
Example: Player A bets out $95 preflop, Player B can only reraise $5 and cap it at $100. This is regardless of it being heads up or multiway. Essentially, the most you can lose in any one hand is $400.
Right away I realize that having the cap will reduce the value of playing speculative hands as you will never be playing more then $400 effective in any hand.
What other adjustments should I be making when transitioning from NL to Spread Limit Cap? How should I adjust bluffing frequency? Set mining? Etc.
Thanks in advance for all the help.

My SL experience is in 1/2-100, and it didn't cap (If I bet $95, V could raise it by $100 to $195 to go for anyone yet to act, for example). It still was a horrible game to bluff in, as everyone felt they could call "cheaply." I suspect yours will be even worse.
Set-mining isn't too bad, for the same "it's cheap to call" reason, though IOs obv go down. This applies to all speculative hands, as you noted. Still, it's often hard for Vs (and you) to bet enough to price out draws, so you may often get nice prices, despite the lower IOs.
Cliffs: Value bet relentlessly and watch yourself get called down by some ridic hands. TPTK will often be worth 4 max bets, either as aggressor or caller.
