Was at my regular neighborhood game. $1/$1 9 handed, action is really loose and players tends to raise preflop like $11 onwards and gets many callers. Players here love to see flop.

My image to these regular is fold or fit on flop. Very tight and quiet character, seldom bluff and always has the goods when I go showdown.

Stack among all players roughly $200+.
My stack $400
Villian stack $600

Preflop hero was at BB with Aces. UTG straddled to $3, all limped Action limped to SB Villian who raised to $29. Fearing that flatting here will have a lot of callers behind because players here feel it's valuable to see a flop when the pot is big, I raised $39 more on top of his raise. He smirked and folded and says I have pocket Aces 😔.

Am I losing value here ? Should I just flat here ? What could be the correct way to play this in this position ?

As played is fine - flatting is pretty bad.

Sounds like you may be the nit at the table and they know not to give you action - either way still have to raise this spot

the entire table limped the $3 straddle? So you won like 50BB with your Aces? Sounds good to me.

Keep playing them "correctly". If you're worried about disguising them, play the occasional other hand the way you would play aces.

Are you increasing your bluffing frequency with this dynamic?

As played, nice hand.

If they know that youre only 3! with AA or KK then thats the reaction youre going to get.
Next time reraise with playable but less premium hands and see how much better your image becomes. Although I dont like showing my cards, you should show the occasional bluff to get value from your nutted hands.

The min 3bet from a nit certainly reeks of AA. I'd prefer a raise to ~$100. Even if you're not making this play with AK and 1010+ type hands, at least it looks like those types of hands and may get action since you're raising to an amount that looks like it doesn't want a call/squeeze play. Btw, try opening up your game a little. This is a very cheap game and you should be able to save up a decent BR for it pretty quickly.
