AA UT and getting 4bet? AA UT and getting 4bet?

Hero is a MAWG. This happens early in a short session. We are 6 or 7 handed and I have adjusted accordingly but most players haven't. I am probably perceived as LAG. $350 stack.

Villain is a 30 year old white guy. He has been fairly passive. He has run $100 up to $500 by catching a gutter on one hand and check calling it down.

OTTH... 1/3 NL

Hero is UTG with AA and opens to $12.
One player calls thinking it is only $3 and folds. (dead $3 stays per Casino rules)
SB (Villain) raises to $25.
BB goes all in for $75.
Hero?

I almost never flat AA but if we flat and SB calls, pot is $75 x 3 = $225 + $3 + $4 = $232. We have $275 behind. We have position. Should be pretty easy to get it in and stack SB any time he hits top pair.

Agreed, most players who 5x their buyin aren’t looking to gamble preflop. We have to flat.

Definitely flat.
Hope that he raises the flop.
Hope that the flop doesn’t have an Ace.
If he checks flop raise something like $110 to commit yourself and shove any turn.

Flat.

Trivial stack off post.

Anything we do here will be taken as pretty strong, but I think I would mostly just flat here. A super strong 4bet risks SB enabling a hero fold of a decent hand. A flat risks SB managing to fold a bad flop with hands they potentially may have gotten it in with preflop (such as AK whiffing, or QQ on an A/K flop) but I think I'm willing to risk that. Although with him being passive and 3betting an UTG raiser I doubt a shove could be horrible either.

Call, he probably has AK and will whiff or flop a K. Fish love to min-raise that hand for some reason. I doubt he's calling a jam pre with AK but will stack off if he hits top pair.

FWIW, if we knew he had AK we'd probably be better of jamming (my guess being AK will have a hard time folding preflop to this non-deep shove with all this dead money, and yet will be able to fold the flop when they whiff).

Why does he have to fold on the flop? If I was in the hand he would be facing a check. If he wants to fold I'm all for it.

What I mean is that it's unlikely he'll put in more money postflop with AK if he whiffs all postflop streets / with QQ on A/K flops / etc. FWIW, I'd be fine with checking back a decent amount of flops (to perhaps induce or get a lighter stack off on the next streets).
