1/2 $ 9players
Table loose-passive
Hero - Tag image
V1 - man in his 60's. LAG player. Has very wide pre flop range. Like bluffs. Could be very aggressive.
2 hours ago was such hand:
Hero(180$) in EP with AA
V1(1000$) in SB
PF Hero 20, V1 calls
Flop KQ5 rainbow
V1 checks, Hero 30$, V1 calls
Turn T
V1 bets 70, I shoved, He tanked and called
Rive blank
V1 mucked, hé said if i had deeper stack he would have make me to fold this hand

so now the hand:
Hero( 600$) in LP with AA
V1 ( 600$) in MP
struddle, 2 calls from V1 and fish
Hero bet 16, V1 and fish calls
Flop
T75
V1 checks, fish checks Hero - 40
V1 calls, fish folds
Turn
8
V1 bets 55, Hero - ?

How many hands did you have with V1 before this hand? Is he more of a calling station preflop or does he raise a majority of the flops? What kinds of hands have you seen him go to showdown with?

It seems to me like he is donkbetting the turn hoping to represent the flush, or he is attempting a semi-bluff of some sort because he is on a straight-flush draw with the nine of clubs, for some reason a set doesn't seem likely (although I can't really justify this with anything but a gut feeling). I think it's a bluff or semi-bluff at worst. unlikely that a set would play like a calling station until the turn, I figure he would be more aggressive with pocket pairs pre-flop and on the flop.

What did you end up doing IRL?

I would start by making it bigger pre, there's already 15 in pot and you know everyone's going to limp call $16. I would say bet $28 pre.

I agree with kkotov100. His turn donk is weak. I would call turn and call river bet on any card besides a club, j, 6 depending how much he bets.

look at our stack. turn is never a call, IMO, I'm shoving or folding.

You are jamming 250bbs over a 1/3rd pot donk bet on the turn or folding?

Raise more pre.
16 is a good open but not a good raise amount w 2 limpers to a straddle.
Min.... Is $30 open
Playing this deep and loose

You have show down value but this tun is pretty bad.
You can Likely call down and pot control or just fold
Folding seems to nitty.

I actually like raising here against these players for info,

I'm raising to $165 and gathering info/tells from v and reevaluating

If he ships it's an easy fold

Sorry, I'm confused by the fact that originally hero had $180 and now has $600. This is why I hate HH where we post a second hand with facts that can distract us from the real hand.

Obviously it's not a shove now

Against a LAG I call turn and call almost any river bet. Against a regular passive 1/2 player I might just fold turn depending on reads.
