I actually don't like our sizing preflop. With $600 stacks, we're deep, and yet our raise size if he calls will create a SPR 4 pot (where we won't be able to fold postflop), probably turn our hand face up (we just 4bet in live pokrs), and yet we offered him 15:1 to stack us (which are fairly decent setmining odds given this situation). It also sounds we have a raisey image and he's getting tired of this and is ready to make a stand, and might just have the hand to do that with since he minraised 3bet preflop. So I'd go to $90ish the first time.
I'm not even sure how the rest can possibly be a question, and it looks fairly BBV.
Since this thread is a no brainer, I'll hijack it. Just grab his cards and shove them into the muck before he shows. According to many here, it would be his fault.
