Vs loose players I bet flop and turns and get a lot of folds. Vs tight players I delay cbet sometimes with a vulnerable hand because if I get called I have to shut down. I don't like shutting down I'm an aggressive player. So instead of double barreling tight player I will delay cbet and bet turn then shutdown if called. Most of the time tight players have mubs and will fold to a delay cbet because they think I'm slow playing a monster.

I understand when you say fish he will peel flops light but not turns. Pretty standard thinking on aggression imo.

Vs me, well it would be a mistake to not cbet me. I will be floating all my Axs,Kxs hands, set mining all my small pairs and trying to make a play with medium pairs if you show weakness. If you don't bet flop I will peel one more bet.

I don't call much in raised pots, unless your tight or an aggressive player and I have a hand that plays well multiway and can smack the flop.

Any decent player in that game would know that I was only 3betting a very strong value range so it would be pretty bad to peel light or play back at me here... Although I *do* tend towards the laggy/bluffy side, if I am in a game like this with a ton of light peeling and against very wide preflop ranges, I push my bluffing frequency way down and just pretty much go for value. The problem is that at a certain point, even the fish realize I'm not bluffing that much, so they stop calling multiple streets. Even so, they're still calling too much to start running big bluffs, and it's still correct to just go for value. The thing is, because they're not just blindly call/call/calling, in certain spots I just have to start playing a tad bit trickier to maximize my value.

The problem is you don't find good players at this level. Noone is paying attention. They don't know what a float is.

You don't have to play tricky vs bad players. Go for maximum value otf/ott if you get called in both spots, you should be able to range them better and slow down otr.

Getting tricky vs passive opponents is leveling yourself.
