Doesn't Snowie typically suggest a mixed strategy? Like donk x% check y% etc.? Snowie says donk this always?

Just about.

She is actually pretty clear on her approach in this scenario. Incidentally, the highest EV is the full pot bet, but she recommends the 1/4 for reasons I cant begin to fathom.

1/4 pot bet -> Donks 93%, checks 7%
1/2 pot bet-> Donks 100%
1/1 pot bet-> Donks 100%
2x pot bet -> Checks 100%

Admittedly, you feel a little dirty the first few times you do it. But soon, the shock, horror, and revulsion gradually subsides, to be be replaced with a smug nonchalance that just screams ...

Cant believe I'm the second person to put this in this thread, but if.your opening a5suited utg surely 4! Bluff is our option here....calling 3!s oop with suited low ace is just giving money away....if we arnt willing to make the 4! I don't think we should be opening this at all...

First hand of the night vs bunch of unknowns, I don't want to be in this exact spot we find ourselves in...Fold it pre, get a feel for the table before you start playing trash utg....imo
