Firstly, the player type you described is probably not one to fold to a single raise on the flop on a paired board. Secondly, considering you have the nuts, you want to get as much money in the pot as possible, and you won't be able to get all in by the river unless a raise occurs. After he calls the turn, there's 56 in the pot and you have 170 behind, and 3x pot betting the river isn't ideal. I'd raise the flop to like $30, then lead the turn for like 2/3 pot, to set up a ~3/4 pot river shove.
This just came up in another hand, but I feel like it is relevant here: In 1/2, x/r basically screams I have a monster, just as much as limp/shove pre usually means A/A. $4 raise is also really weird, and usually it means he has a pretty strong preflop hand, but doesn't want to scare the blinds, so much as make the pot worth playing.
The thing is you're in the big blind, which means v can definitly put you on a 9 or 10 here, maybe not a strong one, but it's possible. I think your turn bet was good here, as now you can have hands like Q-x, heart draws, and your hand can be really disguised.
Seriously though chicago, leave us with something to decide, not just a comment on your play. Villain calls so clearly you are fine here, give us a river card, but not what you did before you ask the opinion. Makes it more interesting.
