7 handed with regular group of players including 7-2 side pot that has $70 in it

.50/1
Hero $300 effective
Villain $250 effective

Hero sis on the button $2 w/9s 9c comes across as a "fun" player. Have been pushing the action and opening pots to 4&5x the entire night.

UTG+ 2 $250 (villain) makes it $6 Tightest player at every game, OMC. Due to his tight image he often takes down 7-2 side pots
CO who has $150 calls $6 Avg player with lots of history

Folded around to me and I call $6

Pot $19.50

Flop 6h 6s 9h
UTG+2 bets $10, CO calls, hero calls

Pot $49.50

Turn 10c

UTG+2 bets $20, CO folds, I call

Pot $89.50

UTG+2 bets $40 in the dark leaving him $144 and starts goading me. "You have been waiting all night for this spot. If you go all in I will call". I have jammed on this opponent in the past with nut hands and he has folded.

River 3c

Board reads 6h 6s 9h 10c 3c

I put villain on 6 x, pocket 10s, Js, Qs. Not liked he is making a play at 7-2 side pot.

Hero ($252)?

Super easy shove. Probably raising the flop or the turn.

Agreed w/ irasisetoomuch that this hand needs more raising in it. Might make a small raise OTF, ~$25 to try to goad in any draws CO might have.

not sure if the tightest player at the table can have 6x here. Looks like TT+ or 72.

easy shove.

Thank you all for the replies and advice.

I like the idea of making the OTF raise to build the pot. Since he does not believe me ever, he is surely going to call the flop with the over pair to the board and call the AI river jam.

I ended up raising to $110 and after a few minutes UTG Calls. He mucked and told me this morning that he had KK for the over pair.

Raising to $110 is quite bad

I forgot to mention itt that I am a limit player transitioning to NL and am working on my betting sizes.

I realized this after reading the posts above. I raised to $110 in an attempt to get paid off and based on previous hands with the villain. In the years I have paid with the villain, I can't recall a time he has called my shove in the past without having the 1st (quads) or 2nd (10s full.).

In this spot next time, I will raise the flop to increase the SPR on future streets and ensure it all goes in.
