Hero (CO): ~500, effective stack. Early 20s. At table for 20-30 minutes prior to this hand, have played two hands (both 3bet pre) with no showdowns.
V1 (HJ): covers, middle aged-older male, folded to one of Hero’s 3bets earlier. Seems a bit loose passive but small sample size.
V2 (BB): covers, blonde woman, early 30s. Hasn’t played many hands at all. No real reads.

Preflop: V1 opens 20, Hero calls w AQo, folds to V2 in BB who 3bets to 125. V1 folds. Hero?

What do you think you should do here? Let me summarize your question.

I have AQo and face a 25 BB sqz from a seemingly tight woman that will leave me with a 1.4 spr when I call.

Seems like the perfect spot PF to 3-bet first yourself to $65. Any reason you didn’t?

I had 3-bet pre twice within the past orbit prior to this - I had actually just 3bet the same villain with AQo a few minutes earlier, and didn't feel like folding to a 4-bet. So really not much of a reason other than "idk balance" lol.

well this is a snap shove for me vs anyone but i guess fold is ok if you perceive they are too tight to have worse aces and JJ-

Seems like your advocating a fold?
Which is fine. So is calling tho - she might be right she might be loose you don’t know. Aq does fine it’s probably a break even or neutral ev pre spot
At least when I troll i usually give some solid advice sprinkled in
