$300 effective

Hero/BB: T4
EP2: losing reg. When he's up he plays tight and normally gets his money in good. When he's losing, he starts to spew. Is up right now.
MP: MAWG. Never seen him before. Seems bad.

EP and MP limp, blinds call

Flop ($15): K96
Checks thru

Turn ($15): A
Hero bets $10, EP and MP call

River ($45): 8
Hero bets $25, EP raises to $60.

Best play?

So if he is playing tight, what is he raising with here when MP has yet to act? I think he shows up with a flush draw often enough that calling will be better than raising because only better flushes are going to call your raise, but someone hitting a straight or two pair could definitely make his raise.

KJ/QJ of spades makes sense. So does 76s and maybe 65s. Getting almost 4:1 you have to call.

I mean, obviously you're calling. I think I might ship it though. Depends on if you think he'd call a raise with a straight or rivered 2p. If he folds all his 2p hands to a shove you can just call. If you think he can find a call with A8, 89, T7, and 57 I'd ship it. He could have a lower flush as well and he's certainly not folding that.
