5/5 - Bad spot to steal? 5/5 - Bad spot to steal?

UTG +1 (decent middle aged) - 1200
UTG +2 (passive/semi-LAP middle aged) - 800
MP (loose done middle aged Persian) - 400
Hero MP+1 - 500

UTG +1 limps, UTG +2 limps, MP raises to 25, hero flats (2s3s) folds around, other two flat.

Flop 753 1 spade, checks to MP (plays everything) - bets 25, I raise 85...

Good board/situation to iso/steal?

Just fold pre. Doing anything with 3-high pre but folding or checking option is torching money.

It's a bottom 25% hand, not sure why you'd ever feel the need to play it unless you're like 1000+ BB deep and even then it's super questionable.

I mean, it might work. It is a board that favors your range more than the PFR.

Fold pre

Why are you stealing here?

Also worth noting that you committed 5% of your stack with 3 high (6% of V’s stack). This isn’t great.

Look up some preflop charts. It's usually not even worth it to steal from BTN with this hand, much less overcall a 5x iso over 2 limps with just 100bb behind.

OTF, HU vs a guy who cbets 100%, I don't mind using this as a bluff, but there's still two players left to act who should be checking everything to the PFR. You make the most money folding this hand twice.

Build up your fundamentals first. Learn the ABCs before venturing out.

that actually is a really good spot to steal. even though you are very likely bluffing with the best hand, repping a monster will get folds and deny the overcard equity. which is a much better play than just calling
