5/5 4bet bluff turns trips, are we good?

[CO] Only been playing with villain a few orbits, but my read of him is that he's aggressive. young russian dude, fights for pots.
Regs know me as pretty aggressive with wide opening ranges, but I've been tight since sitting down at this new table.
effective 560. (i'm covered)

hero raises 20, CO raises to 50, hero raises to 160, CO calls
Was hoping to take it down but I guess plan is to just give up.
Flop: (320): A K 2h rainbow
hero bets 200, CO calls
I hate this bet by me. This smashes his range unless he decided to get sticky with a PP upto QQ. I guess I was hoping he'd fold since my 4bet range hits this range too, but I hate my sizing. I also think I could check and bet turn as a better alternative. Cuz if I had hit this range, I'd probably check here too so that would be a better balance.
Anyways, I know this street sucked ballz.

Fold pre 1st, 2nd. If you're going to 4bet, 4bet smaller with these stacks. Not sure why you bet the flop, but I guess you hateit too so its all good. On the turn yeah you are good plenty, just put it in.

River is the only spot that really makes sense in this entire hand. What range can you give V you'd be 80% behind? Because that's about what you'd need to justify not sticking in $200 to win $920.

Ya, you're good often enough to make this call. Just about every action prior to the river call is very questionable though and wasn't a good decision.

If nothing else, I'd probably hold off on running plays like this (starting with your initial open) until you learn how to size bets.

Less complex poker terms and more simple solid strategy. We are probably good often if villain likes to fight for pots and you are as aggressive as you say and seem. I can't tell if there is actually an Aggro dynamic between you guys or you are just assuming things. OTR though, if our plan is to play previous streets as such, whether or not we are good doesn't matter because we can't really be folding ever at this point.

Unless you play with the same batch of observant players all the time there is no need to balance your utg range by raising this crap, and even if you did need to, I wouldnt use easily dominated hands to do it.
The flop is also bad because you are turning your hand into a bluff. The turn shove is fine though, since Ax is a big part of his range.

Once you've put that much of ur stack in on the flop it's destiny the rest goes in once u hit ur trips. That's a garbage hand and u connected in a spot that's gonna get ur $$$ in. Also fire out ur $200 on the turn hes essentially priced in and ur image alone is gonna get u called down a lot more on the turn then on the river IMO.
Also tighten up that UTG range and u won't be in such awkward spots playing for stacks with a mediocre holding.
K3hh is more of a tourney hand when Ur extremely short stacked and forced to push AI pf. Not to see flops with in a cash game w/ a large portion of ur stack in the middle. And ur re-raise pf to $160 is way too small to get him to fold. He has to call $110 when theres already $210 in the middle. Plus if he hits big he pretty much knows he's gonna get ur stack.
