My thinking process:
Preflop:
Since I am opening at BTN frequently when folded to me, I am expecting this LAG to play back at me at a sufficient freuency for me to want to defend my steal by calling the 3 bets. Hence, I called.
Flop:
1) I flop a pair and since the villain checked to me, I find no reason to bet flop and risking a check raise that I have to fold.
2) The range of hands I put him on will be alot of Ax hands that do not have that Ace of
, big overpairs with no
, made flush looking to trap, air.
Turn:
The brick doesnt change my evaluation of his range. Hence I called + I have additional outs if a 4th hearts falls on river that can give me additional fold equity when I bluff.
River:
When LAG checks, I am quite certain that he do not have a
or if he has, it will be a small
that might fold to my river bet.
This is because I can rep big overpair like JJ - KK well and it is plausible that I have a
to go with the overpair.
Is my thinking process correct>?
