Hero ($1200) : Most likely viewed as a LAG by villain

Villain (covers Hero) is a LAG who likes to get into alot of pots and betting aggressively.

Preflop:

Folds to me at BTN and I open to $35 with T9.

LAG 3bets to $135 and I called (For position)

Flop (~$300) :

946

LAG checks, and I check

Turn: 2

LAG bets $200, I called.

River (~$900): A

LAG checks and I bet ($450)... ...

Questions:
  1. Is this the correct spot to bluff here?
  2. If I am bluffing, is my bet sizing sufficient to get villain off an Ax hand?

My thinking process:

Preflop:

Since I am opening at BTN frequently when folded to me, I am expecting this LAG to play back at me at a sufficient freuency for me to want to defend my steal by calling the 3 bets. Hence, I called.

Flop:
1) I flop a pair and since the villain checked to me, I find no reason to bet flop and risking a check raise that I have to fold.

2) The range of hands I put him on will be alot of Ax hands that do not have that Ace of , big overpairs with no , made flush looking to trap, air.

Turn:
The brick doesnt change my evaluation of his range. Hence I called + I have additional outs if a 4th hearts falls on river that can give me additional fold equity when I bluff.

River:
When LAG checks, I am quite certain that he do not have a or if he has, it will be a small that might fold to my river bet.

This is because I can rep big overpair like JJ - KK well and it is plausible that I have a to go with the overpair.

Is my thinking process correct>?

Purely a read dependent scenario IMO. He seems to have TT-AA here a lot, maybe nines as well. How often would he fold a hand like that without heart on the river should be a good question to be asking yourself. I typically bet when checked to on these rivers because it's way more often than not a fold. WP

I would fold to the 3 bet pre.

I like bluffing the river. With your sizing, villain needs to fold only 33% of the time or more for it to be profitable.
