Preflop: $50 is not a mistake, but considering your history of button raising I think you can raise a little larger and still get called.

Flop: Good.

Turn: Good.

River: I like betting, but I'd go half pot. You opponent's experience from the other hand makes your image a bit stealy, but it's not crazy either. Given your line, if your opponent holds a weak A he's likely going to at least consider that he's beat when you fire for the fourth time, but getting 3:1 he'll give you a lot of crying calls. IMO, the % of times you get called falls drastically the more you bet. That said, $510 is definitely not a mistake.

Just my opinion...

On flop $165 in pot. If the A and 7 are different suits then $110 is a rather large for a dry flop. On turn you have $385 in pot, $240 is OK on the turn.

River depends heavily on villain. Your line is entirely consistent with an ace and villain called both flop and turn. At that point you have to consider how many worse hands call. If villain has a lot of AX and won't fold any of it, then your sizing is actually a little small. If villain can fold his bad aces when you bet every street then it's fine to get a crying call. If you can eliminate all but the best AX and boats when villain calls turn then a check behind may be better.

The sample hand you give doesn't really tell us much. This is a straight forward hand and most villains are calling on river once you fail to bet turn. The only thing it suggests is that he may be a bit passive when he limp calls with JJ preflop.

As deep as you are both are, you could of got more in. The line is fine though, you could bet more or less on the river, imo you could bet more and be called because he 'caught' you before and still get called.

the river is a bet fold spot vs villain, so i sized up river bet accordingly

River sizing is fine, as is on previous streets, between 1/2 and 2/3 pot.
