1/1 game and there is a very aggressive bad player who loves 3!.. And the range can be as bullocks as any two suited cards Ax Kx s and Pp.
Against such a wide 3! What could mathematically be the bottom of our 4! Shipping range? Cause the normal open would be 5. To 6 BB and he always 3! To 25 to 30..

Please help about making the right 4! Mathematically against this range?

I'm not a math guy, but I think you could just 4bet jam with what your 3bet range would be... Something like (AQs+ TT+). Alternatively, if they are really 3betting that wide, you may consider 4bet bluffing with a certain range (possibly AK/AQ since you don't mind folds as much when you jam/still have good equity when the $ does go in) and trapping them with your stronger hands to induce bluffs/have them commit with a weak range and whatnot.

What kind or kinds? I think most rooms don't allow it. I saw someone try to bring a dog in once but didn't allow it.

About the poker question you also posted, generally you can 3-bet or 4-bet for value if your hand is within the top 25% of the villain's range.

I.e. if he is 3-betting with a 10% range, you can 4-bet for value with a 2.5% range.

How does V react to 4bets? If he pretty much always folds, just 4-bet all his 3bets until he adjusts. If he often calls with crap, shove anything slightly better than crap and ride the variance train to value-town.

While this might response is not mathematically dense, I think that if our Vs betting range is seriously as wide as any 2 suited cards then we could probably 4bet all of our opening range +EV.

An alternative line if this V likes to barrel is to just flat call and let him barrel off.
