I don't play 1/2, but double and occasional triple barreling are a requirement at all stakes. Given the larger open sizes at 1/2, 6x + 1 in this case, once you decide to 3bet a hand like AQo from the blinds versus a LP open (which is fine/good), it becomes par for the course and you need to be willing to double and triple barrel boards that favor your range. Yah we started the hand with 200 BB's but it plays shallower than that given preflop sizing.
JxxKx with all kinds of blockers, pair outs and nut outs is a pretty good candidate to triple versus capped ranges IMO. You have at least 26 pure value combos you'll be double barreling here:
KK (3)
JJ (3)
KJs (2)
AA (6)
AK (12)
If you need more value combos you can add another 30 alone with:
KQ (12)
QQ (6)
AJ (12)
Seems suicidal for a villain to defend a b/b/shove line on this board versus an uncapped range.
