Live £1/2

HJ (£600) limps
Cutoff (£400) raises to £15
Hero AQo 3b to £50 from SB
BB and limper folds
Cutoff calls
Pot: £104

Flop: J63r

Hero bets £40
Cutoff calls
Pot: £184

Turn: Kr

No backdoor flush possibility - whilst I have AQ here - I play the same with my AK and QQ+ - also the K seems to favour my range way more than his range
Continue barreling here or check?

Cutoff is a recreational player

How do you have Broadway? Seems you're missing the T to me. Typo in board in OP or in the title?

Flop is so dry that I’m not sure if V’s flat of your downbet really has leveled him all that much. Presumably V would 3b his Aa/Kk. But he has Ako sometimes.

You could always barrel targeting his QQ/TT and fold to a raise.

100/180 turn and 210/380 river if need be.

Unless he has exactly JJ/KJ he'll have trouble continuing on the turn, let alone the river jam. You still have 20% going to the river versus a hand like 99.

Do you find a lot of success double and triple barrelling at these stakes?

That's my worry too - I find unknown players at £1/2 tend to be more likely to be sticky than not - especially on a holiday evening

110.

I'm not that sure a river shove would get through if he calls the turn though, so I might give up river. I'm hoping to pick up some sort of live read which could help me decide that, in the event he calls the turn.

I don't play 1/2, but double and occasional triple barreling are a requirement at all stakes. Given the larger open sizes at 1/2, 6x + 1 in this case, once you decide to 3bet a hand like AQo from the blinds versus a LP open (which is fine/good), it becomes par for the course and you need to be willing to double and triple barrel boards that favor your range. Yah we started the hand with 200 BB's but it plays shallower than that given preflop sizing.

JxxKx with all kinds of blockers, pair outs and nut outs is a pretty good candidate to triple versus capped ranges IMO. You have at least 26 pure value combos you'll be double barreling here:

KK (3)
JJ (3)
KJs (2)
AA (6)
AK (12)

If you need more value combos you can add another 30 alone with:

KQ (12)
QQ (6)
AJ (12)

Seems suicidal for a villain to defend a b/b/shove line on this board versus an uncapped range.
