3/5 spread, 500 max

Table just started less than half hour. Everyone has about $1000. No read on villain, never played with him before.

Preflop:
utg limp
hero utg+1 with KdKh made it $30.
utg+2 called, villain to his left called, blinds folded, limper called.

Flop($120): KcQhTh
Hero bet $80
Villain called, the rest folded.

Turn ($280): 8 (not heart, not club)
Hero bet $175
Villain shoved for 500 more and is all in.

Questions:
1. Preflop too big or too small? Is it sizing tell if I don't make it $30 that often (but not exclusively only with JJ+)?
2. Is flop bet too small? Is there any case for checking flop here? If so, what's the reasoning?
3. Turn obviously never fold?

PF sizing seems fine. In looser more splashy games you can go larger.

Flop bet is fine, you could even go half pot because you have the Kh which blocks a lot of FDs and also you have top set so there's not many strong made hands that can come along. Most of your action will be from hands like QJ/JT.

You could check the flop and go for a CR if you have some aggressive players and this will be pretty easy to balance on a board like this because you can CR your JJ w/ a heart as well.

Yeah I'm never folding the turn with the 3rd nuts that has 10 outs to improve.

1. Game dependant.

2. I'm never checking here, get some money in.

3. Snap call, obviously you're going to get shown straights a lot but we have outs when behind.

May need the outs since we're blocking some FDs and top 2. QQ might 3b pre, but no reads yet. JJ/TT could also take this line along with hearts, Ah8h.
