Hero is a really tight and aggressive. Hero has AsKh utg + 1. $600 behind.
Hero Raises to $25, everyone folds and button calls. Villian is on the button with $700 behind. Villain is a neutral player that has the tendency to buy pots position when his opponent gives up firing.
Flop:
2c 7h 9h
Pot is ~$60
Hero bets $50
Villain calls $50
Turn pot ~$160
2c 7h 9h 4c
Hero bets $100
Villain calls $100
River pot ~$360
2c 7h 9h 4c Qs
Hero bets $200 ?
Should I have slowed down? I figured I was selling a believable story, which is that I had AA or KK.
My thought process is that Villain likes to float in position and either missed a combo draw, spiked a pair, or called preflop with something like 88-TT or some sort of suited broadway.

50/150/shove seems like a better line. Hearts missed and if he will fold 9x a lot of times, I don't hate it.

Seems like a fine triple barrel spot.

This is a good line with AA/KK because villains are reluctant to let go of one pair hands.

Bad 3 barrel. Give up after the flop. You're not telling a credible story.
You could even check/fold this flop. I think c-betting is fine, but it's not like the world's best texture or anything. It's connected, wet, doesn't hit your range, etc.

This seems credible. I don't love running 3 barrel bluffs but if you're going to do it, your story works here. I think a little smaller on the flop, actually. Board is a little wet with the flush draw, but does an overpaid really bet almost pot on the flop? Sizing on the turn seems excellent and its a good river for you, too, esp since now, V has to wonder if you got there with AQ. I think maybe a little bigger on the river, though, maybe 250? Heart draws and straight draws all missed and it would be a hero call with something like A9. Depends a lot of V but if he's a thinking player, this should work a lot of the time.
If you bet 200, he might be stubborn with a 9; if you bet a little bigger, unless he was on a flush draw and spiked a Q, you should take it down.
