I wanted to present a pretty standard situation and see how people react to it.

In our situation we are in a 200NL game we have 100bb. All Vils including blinds have a maximum of 100bb and a minimum of 60.
All Vils are pretty standard loose passive players who play pretty much fit or fold post flop. They will often call a flop bet with 2nd pair or a draw but will normally fold the turn to continued pressure unimproved.
They will also normally slow play most monsters therefore most of our hands rate to see 4-5 cards (flop + turn and sometimes river)

In our exercise 2 Vils have limped preflop before us and we are now on the button or the cutoff. (if the cutoff then button also matches our Vils description.)

Let's just assume that everyone raises JJ+, AQs+, and AKo with that said...

What are the weakest hands you raise here preflop in terms of pairs, suited/connected, unsuited and most importantly why? If sizing varies please include as well.

Isn't it pretty straight forward?

V calls wide pre and flop, but also slowplay sometime.

In other words, V has a very narrow turn calling range.

What do you think is best course of action given above information?

Sorry, specified a little better now w edit. But yes, the turn would be pretty straight forward a lot of times.

2 limpers are about as easy as it gets with your read.

Raise ATC to a slightly bigger size than average opening size, cbet 1/2ish to 2/3ish, then make sure turn is a strong absolute size.

Obviously have some basic understanding of board texture when choosing to fire.

There is your baseline.

The weakest hand I raise with pf is going to be one that does well on some flops that are really bad for a range of JJ+/AQ+.
