I find myself a lot of the times playing and I'll be up a buyin or two playing a tight style, how do I adjust??? The fact that everyone still has 100bbs or less should I still just play the same way??, I usually just play another orbit or two and leave. The times I tried playing through to build an even bigger stack it ends up I lose most of it.

Play strategy based on effective stacks. If nobody else is 200BB deep with you, then you're not playing 200BB deep.

Sounds like you have a case of winner's tilt. Try to figure out how your game changes when you're winning.

This is the whole answer.

OP, go back and spend some time thinking about the implications of what this means before trying to learn any other concepts.

Obviously we're not that deep if no one else is, I'm trying to figure out why any aession over 5 hrs I have a small win on a losing session and anything 4 hrs or less my results are stellar

Some people sub-consciously play different when winning vs losing, usually it's by playing more hands than they should be or calling down in spots where they would normally fold.

If your longer sessions are having issues after winning it is also a possibility of getting tired or simply not paying as much attention as you were at the start. Many players at session beginning go in with a winning mindset, focus not to make mistakes. Several books used to talk about players playing better at the start of sessions or when they have gotten back to even, almost a mantra of "ok, mistakes are in the past, time to play good poker only" and that wears off as the session goes on or a certain time after getting even. Basically be sure you are always playing your A game.

Could be a lot of things, but from I have seen and heard there are 2 obvious big ones.

Do you lose focus in long sessions? A lot of people start to lose focus at some point, they start playing autopilot poker and not paying enough attention to the current situation at the table. If that is your problem then take a break every couple of hours. Figure out what works for you, talk to your friends for a couple of minutes, walk around the building, grab a snack.

Does your play change when you are ahead? Some people make more speculative plays, trying to steal more pots, calling wider preflop, pushing harder with draws and calling down lighter. Very easy for this to push from profitable to unprofitable poker. Others start trying to protect their win and playing a nitty game where they slowly bleed off their profits.
