Hand 1: Sizing is OK but don't take the check/raise bluff line against a villain unless you know he is likely to fold. At 1/2 you will run into more stations then nits. Check/raising with your hand is a bluff on this board because the 3 non-heart queens are the only totally clean outs.

Hand 2: Your stack is too short to be raising with a low pair from MP. When villain min raises you are stuck calling but it's a pure set mining situation, check/fold when you miss the flop because you probably have 0 FE. The min raise is a big pair too often to do anything else unless you have specific information on the villain.

Hand 1 check raise much bigger. I'm happy to raise get it in with that much equity while maximizing fold equity.

I don't really fault you a ton for hand 2, tbh.

Since you gave no reads, I will assume generic opponent (Meaning I have no clue whats going on). With no reads, I hate both hands.

I only get frisky like this when I have really, really good reads.
Like the first hand: Does this guy float a lot, so a double barrel shows him you have the tops, and blows him off his mid pair? Does he only continue with a top pair, does he chase?
If I was V in hand one, Im totally confused by the pre raiser check raising me.
I don't think a river shove does anything now unless he had a draw and missed.
Mark it down, that he can't fold QQ when a K is on the flop... seems pretty crazy.
Maybe you did something in a previous hand that caught his eye...?

I don't get Hand 2 at all either... MP 66, and you want to play for stacks?
Is this a tourney or a cash game?
