Pretty nitty to x/b 98 here, he can have AA, Qx, AKcc, AcKx, AxKc, KTs, KJs. I guess if you think he's betting these combos himself (excluding Qx) and he's going to fold Qx to a river bet then yeah I can see checking back 98 being pretty reasonable.
Turn is close; typically at LLSNL sizing indicates exactly what they're saying they have, and this sizing says "I have exactly Qx, KK+". Versus that range it's criminal not to raise 98cc
In theory if villain had bet a more appropriate size like 3/4 pot I think 98cc does see more calls than folds (maybe even a pure call?) given that flop was 3way. Versus a 1/4 or 1/3 sizing on the turn I think 98cc would do some raising and some calling.
