game has been going for 24 hrs with two of the fish still in it. one has been crushing and is sitting with 3k. I sit down with 1k and start mixing it up right away. my image normally is tight but right now its loose

hand 1- hero 1k, villain 1.5k, villain is old guy plays loose tho and has been playing for 24 hours
other deep villain raises early position to 15, 2 calls, hero otb with 67hh 3 bet to 60
villain in sb blind flats, other fish calls, everyone folds.

flop 8 4 A rainbow with one heart
checks around I bet 110, old guy calls, fold

turn 3
check, i bet 200, old guy calls

river 8
check, bluff or give up?

Hand 2
villain is a mid 30s guy has a tattoo on his arm. never played with him before, hes a fish but has been running hot and has been playing 24hrs and is sitting with over 3k

villain staddles, 4 others limp in, hero otb with JJ i make it 35. villain and 1 other calls.

flop 10h 6h 2d
checks around i bet 50, villain calls

turn 2s
check, i bet 115, call

river Qs, villain stares at me thinking, he asks me if i have aces, i say no, thinks a little longer and says 375, hero??

I don't like sitting down and a table and "start mixing it up right away", I prefer to play straightforward to start until I have a feel for the table dynamics. It's always best to know what the standard PFR is, who's tilting, being stubborn, folding easy, etc. before making plays.

Hand 1: I'd not 3 bet preflop, your OTB with a raise, 2 callers and loose player in the blinds, pretty standard call. As played, I would happily take the free turn card to hit the gutshot & give up if it misses.

Hand 2: I'd bet more otf, like $90 & subsequently the turn would be more, around 2/3 pot. OTR I'm calling, there are a ton more busted draws and 10's in his range than there are QT, Qxhh, or boats.

Hand 1: Fold. He called 2 bets, there are not really any draws for him to be chasing, so he likes his hand and thinks it beats your AX. You shouldn't have a lot of 8X in your range, so he isn't likely to fold on the river.

Hand 2: Very villain dependent. Hot running fish just vary too much in how they play. Some call down real light but don't bet without a big hand, others start bluffing hard. When he hits big on the river how does he play? When he talks during a hand is he telling the truth or BS? What does he call down with? Does he have any 2X/6X in his range after the turn? Does he bluff his missed flush draws on the river? Does the big bet mean bluff or hard value?

Your hand is right in the range that it is an easy call against villains who habitually bluff river and an easy fold against villains who don't donk without two pair+. Against most this is making a read at the table and going with it. I would slightly favor call because most will have some missed flush draws in their range but not by much.

hand 1: old guy cold calls a 3bet in the SB. thatīs usually a pretty big pair like JJ/QQ, or a big ace, mostly AK, sometimes AQ.
he c/c on a board like this, which narrows his range to AK/AQ imo. board is super dry and non scary for AQ/AK, i donīt think you will get him to fold that otr like ever, and i expect him to have one of those hands almost always. cbet is fine; but once you are called by the preflop cold caller, itīs time to hit the gutshot imo.

hand 2: either QT or something stupid, i call here pretty quickly.

Hand 1:
You shouldn't be playing 6h7h preflop unless you were planning to bluff. And if you were planning to bluff, your 3bet pf built the pot and just made it more expensive to do so. Otherwise, I would check fold the river. With such an untextured board and two calls, I would say he must have something.

Hand 2:
Flop texture is very high. Your bet on the flop was only like 45% of the pot so the bet size encouraged draws to come in, same on the turn. Size the bet in order to narrow his range so you can make more educated decisions. Nevertheless, I would call river. If he had a good hand he would likely check raise. His range includes a lot of busted flush or straight draws.
