I'm not sure exactly what I think yet, but he's right that the turn c/r, when villain continues in any manner - either by calling or raising (and I do agree a raise will be very rare) - is going to pit us against only the very strongest possible hands in this villain's range.
Given history and weak tight behavior, I'm not even sure if QT is one of those hands.
The turn situation and the decision to bet or c/r speaks to a trade-off you're making between a) wanting to build a huge pot with a strong hand - your set and b) taking a less strong line that seeks to extract less immediate value from a wider group of hands and keeps worse value-giving hands in a weak passive opponent's range.
I'm thinking betting the turn might be better than the c/r.
