It's always:
Better two pair (which we are almost drawing dead)
AcXc which has 14 outs twice, 50/50 flip
79cc, 57cc, which has 15 outs, we're a slight dog
88/66 which we are almost drawing dead
So, see a turn, and shove all non clubs.
Wait for his equity to drop in half then get him to put the rest of his stack in.
But he's never raise folding any of these hands, so why should we put more money in when he's flipping or winning.
Or we can just fold the flop to the raise.
I'm not opposed to that idea.
But I hate raising.
