2/5nl in 9-handed table. villian is a loose semi-passive weak player who has the habit of donking small bets with weak hands.I see him donk/call raise on the turn with weak ace rag TP and fold to a huge all-in river bet on 4cKdAcKh4s board. 2 early limpers, villian limps in co, hero has AT in BT and raises to $35, utg limper(tight passive traits) calls, villian calls.
utg~ $600
co(villian)~ $1k
hero~ $550
flop(110):A36 utg checks, villian checks, hero bets $70, utg folds, villian calls.
turn($250): 8 villian checks, hero checks behind. bet/fold here?
river($250): 4 villian bets $40, hero ? should i turn my hand into bluff raising or just fold vs such a small river value bet?

Why the 7x pre raise? I don't understand trying to build such a big pot with this sort of hand.
Seems like your opponent is basically tailor-made for a turn bet as the last $ you put in. With the Tc checking is more of an option imo.
His river bet is so Lol that I don't know but I'd expect this type to check a lot of medium flushes so I do not like a bluff raise. Not sure why you think calling is the worst option.

I'd bet/fold the turn for value, especially if you've seen him call down with Ace-rag. He can have a lot of other pairs also with one club.

As played the river is a trivial fold. He never is doing this without a club if he is weak passive.

i'd rather bet turn with the plan of checking river against a station who is never c/r with worse

I would bet the turn. Imo, all evidence to this point says that the villain is not particularly happy with his hand. A bet may get a call from a weaker ace still. If he has a club as for his kicker he will surely come along. The only hand that might fold that you are beating is 45. But seeing as your hand is not particularly strong, I wouldn't bet too large in order to keep that pot size reasonable. $100 to $110 to get value there and probably check the river behind given your description.
