Table was very crazy for the first hour I sat, V1 being involved in most raised pots.

Hero has been playing at the table for about 1 hour and has not gotten out of line. V in hand however knows hero plays somewhat aggro (which I do, just haven't played that way this session) Hero has doubled his stack where i flopped top set and gii on turn and we held vs flush draw. $1100

V1 has been at table longer then me and has me covered. V1 has been playing very aggro and has 3b IP at least 5 or 6 hands in the hour. Has shown down missed draws and complete air, as well as monsters. V1 is on hero direct left.

Onto the hand, utg+1 limps, folds around to hero 7d8d raises to 25, V1 on BTN raises to 70, UTG+2 calls, I call.

($215)
Flop: 7s 7c 8s
UTG+1 checks, hero checks, V1 bets $100, UTG+1 folds, hero calls.

($415)
Turn: 2d.
Hero checked again and V1 bets out $200

What's our line here? V1 could easily be putting me on air or flush draw/str8 draw and trying to get me off hand. My thinking was here that I just call the turn as my hand looks very drawy, and shove river.

Hero calls

River Ks. Hero??!?

it is very rare that he has Kings in this spot. I would lead the river and calling an all in.

Line seems good so far. I don't think we have to be worried about kings showing up here often enough to change shoving on the river. I think that his sizing on the flop would be more towards 3/4 pot if he had kings. Shove away

leading then calling shove, more likely to see K-7 than K-K but more power to him

I think I'd min raise the turn, basically giving him odds to call if he has "something" and perhaps provoking a rebluff if he thinks you are trying to bluff him out.

Do we have enough for a lead/call line to make sense as opposed to shoving? How are you sizing it?

Pot is $800 with about $750 behind.

I agree that CRAI probably doesn't make sense because a lot of air won't fire a third barrel, especially with the K completing the flush draw.
