The actual hand was less interesting - I c/c on the flop his $100 bet and then had to fold on the turn to a blank.

But, I seriously considered CRAI on the flop after his $100 bet with my OESD, set draw, and BDFD. Pokerstove says I have 39.44% equity on the flop versus AA (don't know the suits). So, its an algebra problem to solve for fold equity needed:

275F + (1-F) *(0.3944(890) - 0.6056*(715)) = 0
F = 23%

Had I shoved, would he fold more than 23% of the time? It's close, but I don't think he folds here more than 23% because he could put me on QQ or KK or AsKs. Thoughts?
Please read the forum rules. There is a reason Venice asked for no reverse posts. You kind of wasted my time here, and if you do this again I am going to sit out all your posts, since I don't have time for your lab experiments. I try to be active on the forum both to learn and to help others, and when you put up a fake HH you are abusing the effort I am putting into answering the post.

Venice - requesting you lock this please.

My apologies. I didn't no this was against the rules as I have seen it done several times. I think I had a valid reason for posting this way. So, I don't see how it was a waste of time to think about a hypothetical situatuin. Aren't reading and commenting on other HHs essentially hypothetical situations for each of us to consider? That's why I enjoy this forum. Moreover, by posting in reverse it made me consider how I would react if I encountered this spot with AA.

Complaining about How Bad the Villain Was: This can either be in the form of a "reverse" HH where you are actually the villain and you're trying to show how bad your opponent is, or a "How can he call my bluff" thread. The idea is to play poker against players worse than you. Expect them to make bad plays.

hes not doing it to complain, hes asking a legit question. doesnt matter if he changes whos who. the intention isnt to gripe.

you can just have a random hand that you never played that youre curious about and post it.

ive done numerous reverse posts in my day (maybe not many in here because i dont have too many interesting hands where im trying to get folds and the likes at live) and they are very beneficial.

checking back the flop is so much better then betting in this spot, see what trouble you're in now !!
i probably call here, he's not jamming with a set and there are so many draws in his range

wtf why is everyone advocating checking in a 3bet pot. There are some ugly turns too you know.

His shove is tricky, but not that tricky. I don't think he makes this play for value. Snap him off
