V1(SB,$450): 20s Asian. Standard player. Haven't seen him out of the line.
V2(BB,$480): 20s white guy. First time play with him. Not a good player.
Hero(UTG,700): The table just opened for about 20 mins. Play standard so far, but V1 knows I make move sometimes.

History hand with V2.

V2 raises to 20. Hero calls with 55, one more caller.
Flop:As3d4h,
V2 bets 25. Hero calls.
Turn: 2s
V2 bets 40. Hero raises to 140. V2 calls

Turn:Js

V2 tanks and all in for about $130. Hero calls. V2 shows AJ

The hand:

Pre flop:

Hero raises to 30 UTG with AcKs, only SB and BB call.

Flop($85): AdAs2d.

V1 bets 35, V2 calls quickly. Hero raises to $145. V1 tank calls. V2 tanks All in.
Hero??
I put v1 on Aq,AJ,AT. What kind range can we put V2 on? boat? flush draw?

V1 is way more likely to have a draw. V2 has a worse A for sure. May be the easiest call ever.

doesn't matter what ranges you put them on, you are ahead and one player is all in.........shove and ride the variance.

mini tank call to induce V1 to do something stupid

there are only 6 combos of hands that beat us (and lol at him calling with A2o pre flop, you'll get his money later, and we can draw out a reasonable portion of the time) and still lotsof hands that we are chopping with / ahead of.

Way too much thinking imo just call and let cards run out.
If someone got 22 then gg move on

we still have 23% equity against exactly 22 anyway lol.

Usually back-raises from recreational players are exceptionally nutted, but this board will skew what a recreational player sees as nutted.

The only realistic combos that you lose to are pocket 2s (3 combos) and A2s (1 combo).

You beat AQ (4 combos), AJ (4 combos), AT (4 combos), and tie AK (3 combos). It would not be surprising to see A9s- either which adds more hands you beat.

I think V1 usually has a draw and V2 has an A. Either one of them could have you beat, but because there are so many more hands that you beat it is a call.
