At first I wanted to jam the turn, but I think he can have a TV, and our draw is very disguised, so calling is better. Once he checks the river, it's hard for him to have a T since our hand looks like an overpair. So if that's right, his turn bet was an attempt to get to showdown cheaply, which means he's folding to a shove. So a shove seems correct.
EDIT: It's also possible that his line is intended to induce a bluff from you and he's planning to call with one pair. Hard for us to say without knowing the dynamics between you.
