So I’m in CO with 80 blinds
V is in mp with 200 blinds
V seems solid, we Don’t have a history and just started playing together the last 1/2 hour, I haven’t played any hands in that time.

Folds to V who opens for 15
I call and we go heads up

Flop (pot is 30)
Ad8d6s

He checks, I bet 20
He calls

Turn (pot is 70)
10c

I bet 55
He calls

River (pot is 180)
4s

I bet 150

For value, I have 8s, 6s, A8s, A6s, and maybe some AT and 86s.

So what triple barrel bluffs are best? Given my sizing I need 1 bluff for every 2 value hands.

I had KdTd, so I block AK and AT, but I also prevent him from having the nut flush draw which is a lot of hands I would prefer he could have (but he also might c/r nfd on flop so does it matter?)

This is a weird spot because its not clear what his range is. This would be a strange passive line to take with a big ace. Its not really clear that there are any relevant blocker effects.

Blocking diamonds isnt ideal, but you arent tripling with a lot of non diamond hands anyways, so you might as well start at the bottom of your range and move up.

You probably should just take the showdown with your 2ptk here, but I guess if you were going to turn 2nd pair into a bluff, blocking AK and AT is the best way to do it.

During the hand, I was thinking he had a lot of JJ, QQ, and KK that would call turn and fold to a river bet, and I wouldn’t expect him to slow play a flopped set. I guess a check raise makes sense with straights

Any diamonds obviously. Pair+flush+straight. Best case is 99 or 77. We can bluff the nuts on a river brick. Not blocking his chance of a flush draw helps us as well...very rarely we may even get looked up by worse 8x or 6x.

V's hand looks like 77, 99, a weak ace or diamonds (less likely) that is sticky. I would check turn, as we have showdown and we have a chance to hang all the worse flushes, if hits. Having two diamonds in your hand actually hurts you, as V is less likely to have a . Also, if he has diamonds, we can check back on the river and still win. Same is true for 77 and 99. Weak aces are a small part of his range. Why turn your hand into a bluff by betting turn AND river?

Top off pre.

Pre I'd like to see a 3b or fold, we can fold out better Kx like KJo/KQo which he opens at high frequencies. We also knock out other players behind us that may squeeze light (small chance but not 0%) or call with better Kx, also we are IP vs this guy who just opened for 3x and being IP in a 3b pot we overrealize equity and can bluff more easily. Plus we can just win the pot pre, we can flop lets of draws/equity to barrel if he does call.

Flop I snap check, he's just not checking here to fold almost ever.

Ott i'm assuming you're trying to get him off JJ-KK, maybe 99/77...? Seems ok if you're going to blast a lot of rivers, but low variance and you can't go wrong with checking ott.

OTR seems fine AP but expect to get snapped by weak Ax a good amount.

I would imagine a solver would mostly bluff with hands that block straights and two pair/sets that don’t have a diamond. J9s no diamond will probably be the highest frequency bluff due to the lack of SDV and straight blocker followed by some combos of 65s and 76s. Maybe some combos of 78s, etc.

Exploitatively you can be bluffing a hand like KTdd if you think you can move him off an A but we have SDV and it’s not the best bluff combo.
