2/5 weak top fair faces pressure

2/5 500 eff.
I'm newer to the table, but button has been pretty active. Clearly a reg, but not a maniac. He's been fairly loose, and raised turn with weak top pair after he picked up a flush draw but then didn't fire river when it missed (although he did have much better SDV after the board paired solving his kicker problems.)
OTTH
I open KThh to 20 in the HJ. Only caller is V on the B.
Flop is K63r
I check for several reasons - he seems to be more aggro and also I like having these stronger hands in my c/c call to balance out the times I c/f. V bets $25 - I call.
Turn is 7 completing the rainbow. I check again, he bets $60 and I call.
River is an 8. I check, he bets $200 and I end up tank folding.
Anyways, are there any hands we're typically checking flop here with that can withstand 3 barrels? How are we constructing our flop checking range here so that it can handle this type of pressure?

I absolutely love how we check these flops for deception vs an aggressive/capable opponent and then get levelled into making bad calldowns because we “underrepped” our hand.
Easy fold OTR, he’s just not triple barreling without 2p here.
And who cares about having a “check/calling a triple barrel” range in these spots at LLSNL? It’s obviously only sets.

It sounds nitty but this probably shouldn't be an automatic open if the players with position on you are going to play back at you a lot.
You should hardly ever c/f this board as the pfr, why balance something you should be doing so infrequently? You are near the top of your range on this board just bet it for value. Check a hand like KK if you want to be tricky.
