I'll take a stab here:
Card edge, initiative, and skill advantage.
Now, to be fair, Snowie folds A2s to 9x raises. Actually, she folds just about everything to a 9x raise, but ... given the villain has opened for $45 for four orbits on the button, I think it's reasonable to believe he's not only playing AK here. Snowie will 3-bet A2s vs a 36% opening range. I think we can assume villain is wider than that.
I like a 3-bet, then look to C-bet numerous dry flops, any backdoor flush, and barrel the turn if your equity improves. If boards like QT7s or T74s appear, and you have none of it, I would be cautious. Mid suited cards tend to hit a wide opening/calling range with remarkable consistency. 1/2 pot bets should suffice through the ordeal.
This all assumes heads-up play. Fold to a 4-bet, obviously.

(disclaimer: My money was made shortstacking. I have only recently decided to incorporate GTO-inspired AI play into deep stack, live environments. This may well be folly)
