2/5 Two simple preflop spots

I've been working on finding the right 3bet sizing, and had a couple spots come up this weekend where I wasn't sure if my play was correct. Thanks in advance for any feedback.
Hand 1:
Villain 1 ($350): Has been limp/calling pre often, seems pretty fishy and a bit of a calling station.
Villain 2 (1K): Also seems a bit stationy pre, likes to see flops, though overall has been pretty solid, haven't seen him make any big bluffs etc.
Villain 3 ($600): New to the table, no reads
Villain 4 ($500): Aggro reg
Hero (1.1K): Assume my image is pretty solid and on the LAG side, got felted my second hand at the table by Villain 2 when he flopped a set vs my aces (I didn't show), have steadily chipped up since then. Have 3bet light a handful of times but always found folds pre or on the flop.
V1 is UTG +2 and raises to $15, V2 calls in MP, V3 calls in the cutoff, V4 calls on the button, I look down at JJ in the SB. Seems like a clear 3bet...what's the right sizing here?
Hand 2:
An hour later this hand came up:
Villain 1 ($700): Late 20's European guy, seems a little frustrated because he has continually chipped down in the couple hours he has been playing. Has been topping off with black chips from his pocket every time he gets below $500. Has been raising pre often but check/folding when he misses the flop. Has folded to a few 3bets, a couple hands previously he raised to $20 and reluctantly called a 3bet from the aggro on my right for $75, and check/folded flop. Guessing he is feeling a bit run over by the table.
V1 raises to $25 in EP, folds to me in the SB with KK...I 3bet to...?

I assume we fine getting in JJ vs V1 preflop here? Usually $15 raise is pretty weak and I'd be fine with it, but curious if we have seen him raise any other hands or just limp so far.
As long as we are fine GII vs V1 pre, I make it $90-100 here.
Hand 2 $100

Hand 1: $100-$125 if hero is happy to call of V1. It's a bit much but hero is OOP and should be more worried about V2 then V1. If hero won't call if V1 shoves then a bit smaller. $80-$90 saves hero some money when hero folds but is taking a bigger risk post.
Hand 2: With nobody else involved anything $75+ is fine, go with as much as you think villain will call preflop. $90 sounds about right.

In the first hand, V1 had been pretty passive/stationy, but I think I'd have to call it off to a shove given the situation and stack size.
I raised to $75 in that hand and $105 in the second hand. Thought the first time was shaded too small, the second maybe too large.
