I check, BB bets 28 into 70, vilain raise to 80

i tank call 80.

(he cannot have TP + flush draw as I got Jh..)

river Ax no flush on board, I quickly bet 100 (leaving 180 behind)

Welcome to the forum, OP. Please don't post results (including what you did at the decision point, not just final outcome), as it biases people's responses. I won't comment on the last action as I've seen results, but I edited them out for you.

As for the rest of the hand: If you are LAG, you should be playing with a full-stack, imo. Many LAG moves are deterred by short effective stacks.

Fold or raise pre. I don't care that it's only $3. You have a crap hand in crap position. You should either fold it or turn it in to a bluff (if that's possible at this table) by raising pre and either taking it down or getting one caller and taking it down with a c-bet most of the time. If neither of those is highly likely, just fold.

Fold flop. You have TPNK and a tight player bet into a huge field. Just fold.

Fold turn. You've face a bet and a raise from a tight player on a dry board. Top 2 is no good almost ever here.

Why are we betting river? Is it for value, or are you turning your hand into a bluff? Neither seem good to me. If I got this far, river is a check/fold IMO.

thanks garick - +1 for full stack lAG play (I buy in 100bb but as stack went down i did not rebuy... realize tha I restrict myself to tag play better when I am underolled on 5/10 lol)

river I think I did not take my full reasonning... but like value if he had Ah here but he never has Ah not turned 2pairs anyway... or blocking bet (i know ppls nowadays say blocking bet is stupid?)
