$420 Effective

I have played with Villain quite a few times. He’s in his early 50’s and been playing live poker for years, but never bothered to learn modern strategy.

His bluffing strategy simply is to bet whenever someone gives up the betting lead regardless of board texture or his own hand.

He will also always bet with top or second pair. He always sizes up his Bets with top pair or better, and sizes down with second/middle pair.

UTG+2 limps, LJ $20, Villain CO Calls, Hero BB (TT) $90, LJ Call, CO Call

J96 ($275)

Hero Check, HJ Check, Villain $135, Hero Call, HJ Fold

Q ($535)

Hero ($570 behind) Checks, Villain ($210 behind) bets $100, Hero?

I’m not sure what that would accomplish. He only has $110 behind so would not fold a Pair of Jacks or better.
I don’t think 3 betting bigger changes his range. He’s shoving with everything that beats me pre plus AKo

Either flat pre or go bigger. Raise accomplished nothing.

AP: fold flop. Multi-way you’re as dead as Elvis.
