what is going on with your donk bet is what I want to know. for sure not a hand you want to donk and its a bad flop to donk on top of it.

Are you betting this so AK doesn’t check back and get there? If so, return to start.

Ck flop. There’s a reason you didn’t 3b pre. Call any reasonable bet and go from there, or even just fold if he’s that narrow/bluffless which is what it seems like you’re saying.

AP idk man, prob just fold? I mean you can’t shove. Call? Jesus.

He has an overpair and wants to find out if you have a 9. 3 bet the flop or fold. Alternatively, call and plan to steal it on some gross runouts for JJ+.

3bet/flat pre is fine.

X/r looks better than donk, as played continue after minclick on flop, it isn’t a great spot but you have good backdoors.

Given the PFR tight range, I'd likely C/F flop to reasonable cbet sizing.

If the donk bet was for info, I'd rather risk a check through/over card turn than betting into a station and a tight raiser. We end up building a pot oop with a marginal hand.

Flatting to setmine vs. tight player is fine, but you have to remember you are setmining. I'd much rather check/call a reasonable bet on the flop than donk.

Check/call might slow a tight player down and it gives us the option of hitting our FH.

As played, snap fold.

2 things
First, I don’t feel comfortable check calling here vs the CO. I feel he will usually check back with 2 naked overs.
Second, how does the presence of a fish in the BB change things? I imagined a world where I bet our, the BB called, and the CO folded.

Cause they have a ton of 9x and there's still original raiser with a strong range. Your reasons to lead are terrible and just clicking buttons hoping it all is in your favor.

Flop should be a check... you didn't 3b pre for a reason and now you're leading out into a nit who has every overpair here and strong NFD?

AP who knows but mostly folding vs nit.

Okay, if that's true then just fold to his flop cbet. Not that hard imo.

If anything, the fish in the BB makes a flop fold easier vs the PFR cbet since in a way he's protecting you from getting bluffed to some degree. The old guy is less likely to bluff with whiffed overs, esp if he understands that the BB is a fish and will call too wide vs a cbet.

leading out is just clicking buttons
