2/5 Rivered set vs LAG reg (what's your sizing?)

MP is a losing LAG reg. Prides himself on using unorthodox lines. Tends to limp/3-bet the regs with way too much garbage. Not enough good hands in these spots to balance imo. He's been running hot this session and splashing more than usual. I'm tempted to 4-bet him here, but elect to flat.
In torn as to what sizing to go with OTR. Do we bet small to induce? We shouldn't have a lot of value hands here so going larger might level him too. I anticipate he has a ton of A high in this spot, but occasionally he'll have an overpair that hates this river.
Hero has $1,200 to start the hand and MP covers.
Hero 9s9c in BTN 2/5 live
MP limps, Hero raises to $20, MP raises to $65, Hero calls
Flop ($137) 7h6h2d
MP bets $100, Hero calls
Turn ($337) 5s
MP checks, Hero checks
River ($337) 9h
MP checks, Hero?

Mr S correct that we gotta bet turn. Prefer to check behind river in case this guy caught his flush. I suppose we could get some value from the top of his range but he should have been betting the top of his range ott. Oddly enough I don’t think the 9h otr is a great card for us as he either has crap or a flush.

You played this fine. Bet small on river to induce.

I like about $250-275. Really question is whether it's a b/f or b/c.

Results: Hero bets $150 and villain snap called with 6d5d.
Should have definitely went larger here. This is always a bet/call for me with any sizing vs this villain. We're near top of our range when we check back turn and villain prob over bluffs the naked Ah or even Kh.
